Returns & Refunds

We want every Lvuhxtraβ„’ order to arrive as expected. If something is not right, the following guidelines explain how returns and refunds are handled.

30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned sleepwear and loungewear must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery may not qualify.

Please include your order number and the item you wish to return. If your return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Please do not send merchandise to our business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Order Problems

Please inspect your package after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested where reasonably necessary to review the issue.

For confirmed incorrect, defective, or damaged items, we will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Items We Cannot Accept

Returns are generally unavailable for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized merchandise

  • Items clearly marked as final sale before purchase

  • Products returned in worn, washed, used, or altered condition

Exchanges

For a different size, color, or style, the simplest option is to return the eligible original item and place a new order for your preferred replacement.

EU Customers

Customers receiving orders in the European Union may have a 14-day cancellation or withdrawal right under applicable consumer law, subject to any lawful exceptions and requirements.

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights.

Refund Timing

After your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days, with additional time potentially required by your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed approval of your refund, please contact us for assistance.

Return Information

Do not send merchandise back until return instructions have been issued by our customer support team.

The appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved. The return location may differ from our registered business address.
